Embroidery Guidelines & FAQs
What materials can be chainstitched?
Chainstitching works best on natural, non-stretch woven fabrics such as 100% cotton denim, heavy canvas, linen, wool, felt, and corduroy. Very thin or stretchy synthetics may require stabilizer backing, which we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Individual custom orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of your item and design proof approval. Rush turnaround is available upon request for an additional expedite fee.
How do I care for my embroidered garments?
We recommend gentle machine wash inside out on cold or hand washing, followed by hanging or laying flat to dry. For linens, warm iron on reverse side with a pressing cloth over the embroidery stitches.
